Pathway Place is Canberra’s newest business destination bringing together the newly redeveloped 7 London Circuit, 18 Marcus Clarke and William Clemens Street to form a distinctive precinct that connects properties and people. The precinct features a refreshed ground plane experience that connects both buildings using native landscaping, the introduction of new third spaces and the pedestrianisation of William Clemens Street. The striking architectural design provide an ideal setting for innovative organisations, with floor to ceiling windows, flexible floor plates and high credentials of sustainability

Blurring the space between workplace and lifestyle, William Clemens will become a pedestrian laneway, protected from the wind and capturing the midday sun. It will connect the ground floor of each building using native landscaping, new ground floor spaces and greenery. The revitalised spaces will include alfresco areas, dine in cafes and restaurants with flexible working spaces and a ride-in wellness centre.
