Our history

Designed by Woods Bagot, the buildings have been created with office spaces that carefully consider productivity and worker wellbeing.

Each light-filled level offers a range of features, including floor to ceiling windows, flexible floorplates and well-regulated air-systems for better health. As a responsible owner, ISPT has built on this premise by providing ethical programs that reduce the building’s environmental impact, encourage a healthy lifestyle for our community and keep each workplace in great condition.

Spaces

A setting for success, the impressive, full-height atrium at 7 London Circuit will be the precinct’s home to events, curated to connect and engage the building community.

The expanding Wellness at Work program includes a range of classes, such as lunchtime yoga and pilates, located in the wellness centre at 7 London Circuit.

Roy Jr. offers fresh, seasonal food and beverages. Bright and relaxed settings create the perfect destination for a morning coffee or quick bite to eat.
